Lotus Ltd is a non-profit organization that exists to support its local affiliates in providing events for the enjoyment of Lotus cars. Our website is available to non-members to learn about events and general information. Members in good standing have access to far more information once logged in to the site. This policy applies to all members.
Members acknowledge and accept this policy when logging in to the website.
2. Information We Collect
Members control what information is shared with other members. Members can share nothing or everything as they choose. The Lotus Ltd profile page/form collects names, email addresses, cars owned, willingness to assist travelers, photos, and other member information. The form identifies what information is private from what is shared.
3. Private Information
Private information is restricted to the Lotus Ltd board through the site administrators and used for the club’s management and administration. Lotus Ltd does not share any information public or private with 3rd parties. We collect the data you choose to share solely to provide services, organize events, communicate updates, or manage membership and to allow members to contact other members for these purposes.
4. Shared Information
Shared information is not available to the public. Shared information is only available to other members when logged in.
5. Data Security
The Lotus Ltd website uses Wix.com as our hosting service. Lotus Ltd retains all rights to our user content. Wix may access our content and information but cannot share it. Note: Wix has separate rules for the site owner, not applicable to the broader membership. As our hosting service, Wix is responsible for providing security and privacy services. 6. User Rights
Members can access, review, and change their information and information sharing at any time.
7. Changes to the Privacy Policy
Should conditions change, the board of Lotus Ltd will inform users of any changes or updates to the privacy policy at least 30 days prior to any such change permitting our members with time to change any data or permissions that are recorded.
